[autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] looked in his own backyard and found an up-and-coming star at wide receiver in [autotag]TaRon Francis[/autotag].
Francis is a 6-foot-1, 200-pound wide receiver that plays for Edna Karr High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Edna Karr Cougars finished last season 11-1 with a loss in the 4A semifinals to future state champion Westgate.
Francis will only be a sophomore this fall so he has plenty of time to get noticed before he signs his name on the dotted line as a senior. LSU was his first Division I scholarship offer, maybe that will play a role in where he decides to enroll in college.
