The 2024 All-Star game is about a month away in Indianapolis and the Philadelphia 76ers have a couple of contenders who will be featured in the All-Star game.
Joel Embiid, who has been an All-Star six times in his career, is having another monster season. He’s averaging 35.1 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 6.1 assists while shooting 53.8% from the floor. He is currently second in frontcourt fan voting behind only Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Then there’s Tyrese Maxey who is looking to make his first All-Star appearance. He’s averaging 26.1 points, 6.7 assists, and 3.7 rebounds while shooting 45.1% from the floor and 38.5% from deep. He is currently fifth in All-Star voting behind Donovan Micthell (4), Damian Lillard (3), Trae Young (2), and Tyrese Haliburton (1).

Embiid and Maxey will likely be in the All-Star game regardless of the fan voting. While Embiid is slated to be a starter, Maxey looks like he will come up short. Even if he doesn’t get the starting nod from the fans, he will likely be at least an All-Star reserve.
