Klay Thompson had a hilarious response to Steph Curry breaking his career high

That’s how he really feels.

On Sunday night, Stephen Curry took all the criticism him and the Warriors had faced the past year and turned it into a ridiculous, 62-point scoring performance in a win over the Portland Trail Blazers.

For Curry, the 62-point onslaught broke his previous career high of 54 points in 2013 against the Knicks. It also had Klay Thompson beat.

Thompson scored 60 points in a game back in 2016 against the Pacers, and immediately after the game, Thompson was gracious to welcome Curry to the 60-point club.

But come Monday, Klay had some fun with Curry’s scoring mark and posted a clip from Happy Gilmore to show how he’s really feeling.

So good.

Well, to be fair to Klay, he probably would have broken that 62-point mark had he not sat out the final nine minutes of his Jan. 23, 2015 game against the Kings. You know, the game that included his 37-point third quarter. He ended up scoring 52 points in that game.

Sounds like the perfect rebuttal to me.
