Georgia Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart took offense to college football analysts picking against Georgia ahead of the Florida game. Specifically, Kirby Smart called out former Florida head coach Dan Mullen, who picked the Gators to upset Georgia.
“He’s supposed to be my friend,” said Kirby Smart after being asked about analysts predicting that Georgia would lose to Florida. Smart added, “He didn’t like to recruit though.”
Kirby Smart’s Georgia team came out and proved the doubters wrong against Florida. Georgia dominated the Gators with a 36-0 scoring run.
