The New York Giants announced their practice squad protections ahead of a Week 5 game with the Dallas Cowboys and once again, offensive lineman Jonotthan Harrison is among them.

In fact, the Giants’ four practice squad protections are identical to last week.

In addition to Harrison, the Giants also protected offensive lineman Korey Cunningham, defensive tackle David Moa and wide receiver Dante Pettis.

Harrison and Pettis were first-time additions to the protection list a week ago, while Cunningham and Moa had all been protection previously. For Cunningham, he has now been protected three weeks in a row. Moa has been protected in all five weeks this season.

Interestingly, only Harrison was elevated a week ago and after back-to-back weeks of being added to the gameday roster, his available status has expired. If the Giants wish to elevate him again on Sunday against the Cowboys, they will have to sign him from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
