On Friday, Georgia found itself in the top-ten for one of the nation’s elite tight end prospects.
Landen King, rated as a 3-star tight end out of Humble, Texas, released a top-ten of Alabama, Arizona State, Georgia, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Texas, Texas A&M and Washington.
King, a member of the 2021 recruiting class, ranks as the nation’s 38th ranked tight end and No. 808 prospect in the country, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Following a strong junior season for Atascocita High School, offers have been pouring in for King this month.
In 2019, King reeled in 53 catches for 853 yards and nine touchdowns.
He stands at 6-foot-5 and weighs in at 210 pounds.
