LSU’s SEC opener is finally here.
The Tigers go on the road up to Starkville, Mississippi to take on Mississippi State, who has had a rocky start to the season. A one-point win over Louisiana Tech was followed up with a 21-point win over a solid NC State team. Then, this past week the Bulldogs lost 31-29 at Memphis.
Mississippi State has been a difficult team to figure out this season. Now, with games against Auburn, Kentucky, and Florida approaching, the Tigers can’t afford to take their eyes off of this game if they want to make a push at the SEC West title.
