Safety Brandon Jones and wide receivers Devin Duvernay and Collin Johnson will be heavily missed in Austin.
However, a bright future awaits each of them in the National Football League as the trio’s childhood dreams came true when they were selected in the 2020 NFL Draft.
While Jones and Duvernay were each selected in the third round, Johnson was taken off of the board in the fifth round. They each fortunately landed in great situations to receive playing time early on.
While the COVID-19 outbreak has delayed the ability for draft picks to visit their new homes, the Texas Longhorns social media department gave us all a glimpse of how the former Longhorns will look in their new jerseys.
