It seems like just yesterday that Georgia great Todd Gurley was selected 10th overall by the then St. Louis Rams in the 2015 NFL Draft.
Since being drafted, Gurley’s had quite the career.
He’s been a 3x pro-bowler, a 2x first team all-pro, an NFL Offensive Player of the Year, NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, a 2x NFL rushing touchdowns leader and has played in a Super Bowl.
Not bad. And now he’s an Atlanta Falcon and feeling closer than ever to his days as a Georgia Bulldog.
With the draft set to start tonight, Gurley is excited to see his fellow Dawgs take the next step in their football careers.
Georgia could very well have nine players selected over the course of the next three days, which would equate to a school record.
Gurley showed his guys some love on Twitter a few hours before the draft gets underway.
You know I’m riding with my @GeorgiaFootball bulldogs tonight!! @allforgod_55 best OT in the country! @DAndreSwift @FrommJake @Jr_Reed1 @RodTheKicker3 let’s go 🔴⚫️ #NFLDraft
