Colts’ Parris Campbell suffers knee injury against Vikings, will not return

Former Ohio State and current Colts’ wide receiver Parris Campbell suffered a knee injury Sunday against the Vikings and will not return.

We’ve gotten some bad news today on the injury front with a couple of former Ohio State players. Not only was 49ers’ defensive end Nick Bosa carted off the field with what looked like a significant knee injury, but Colts’ wide receiver Parris Campbell also suffered a knee injury and will not return for the rest of the game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Campbell took an end-around and sprinted around the right side of the offensive line on a 7-yard gain before getting tackled low by a Vikings’ defender. He went down in a heap after what appeared to be a blunt force blow to the left knee.

He was then carted off the field by the training staff.

He will not return the rest of the game, and there have yet to be any further updates thus far. Just like the Bosa situation, when we hear more, we’ll provide further details.
