The Oklahoma City Thunder play the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 6 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

The Thunder are coming off a comeback win over the Lakers. Dejounte Murray has been leading the Spurs by averaging over 18 points, eight assists, eight rebounds and two assists per game.

Thunder vs. Spurs notable injuries:

Jakob Poetl is out for San Antonio due to health and safety protocols. The only Thunder player on the injury list is Gabriel Deck, who is questionable.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Thunder +3.5
  • Money line: Spurs -170/Thunder +153
  • Over-under: 213.5

Advice and prediction

The Thunder have been good more often than bad in their last four games — two wins over the Lakers, very nearly beating the Los Angeles Clippers, but a 21-point loss to the Warriors — but they are still quite streaky. They fell behind by 26 points to the Lakers in one game and 19 in the other, and collapsed in the fourth quarter against the Clippers when Paul George started going off. The Spurs are not a team that would allow a big lead to slip away.

Oklahoma City would also have to limit Murray, who is practically averaging a triple-double and plays excellent defense. The Spurs are a top-10 team in steals and steals per game, which will put pressure on the young Thunder ball handlers.

One thing that could be good for the Thunder is the lack of dominant big on the Spurs. OKC can better use its small-ball lineups against San Antonio.

It’s tough to predict a Thunder win, even after these last games. I don’t think I’d bet on a victory until they’ve proven they’re consistent.

Prediction: Spurs 105, Thunder 99

The Oklahoma City Thunder play the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 9:30 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

The last time the two teams faced off, the Thunder overcame a 26-points deficit to get the victory. LeBron James, who did not play in that game, is also out on Thursday.

Thunder vs. Lakers notable injuries:

LeBron James was ruled out while Anthony Davis was probable. Lu Dort was listed as questionable for the Thunder.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Thunder +10.5
  • Money line: Lakers -800/Thunder +520
  • Over-under: 214.5

Advice and prediction

The LeBron-less Lakers got a 26-point first-half lead over the Thunder in the first game. Then, to use James Worthy’s words, they disrespected Oklahoma City. They stopped applying pressure. Meanwhile, the Thunder found success shooting the 3 ball and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander popped off for an unstoppable third quarter.

After that lesson, it seems unlikely the Lakers will disrespect the Thunder again. Even without James, Los Angeles still has the best two players on the court (unless you think Gilgeous-Alexander has surpassed Russell Westbrook? That debate has got to be a dilemma for Thunder fans).

It is worth noting though that Los Angeles has not played all that well in their three-game winning streak since their loss to the Thunder. They beat the Cleveland Cavaliers by 12, scored just 95 in a win over the Houston Rockets, and then needed a very strong James fourth quarter to top Houston the next game, a two-point Lakers victory.

I’d consider taking the Thunder to cover the spread while keeping in mind that A) defensive stalwart Lu Dort very well may be out and b) the Lakers are unlikely to blow a game the same way they did just over a week ago. It very well could be a 20-point LA win, especially if Carmelo Anthony continues to shoot well from 3.

Prediction: Lakers 114, Thunder 105

Thunder vs. Clippers: 7 prop bets for Monday’s game

Will any player score 30 in Monday’s Thunder vs. Clippers game? Make your pick here.

The Thunder have struggled to a 1-5 start to the season, and on Monday night in Los Angeles they’ll face off against a team dealing with their own early-season woes.

The Clippers are just 1-4, and while Paul George has been averaging 27 points a game with Kawhi Leonard out of action, the Clippers have suffered two ugly losses in a row.

The game tips off at 9:30 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

Both the Thunder and the Clippers are one-win teams in this early season, but Los Angeles returns to Staples Center after a week on the road. Clippers star Paul George has two games of 40-plus points, but also two games with fewer than 15 points.

Thunder vs. Thunder notable injuries:

Marcus Morris (knee) and Serge Ibaka (back) are out for Los Angeles. Kawhi Leonard remains out with a torn ACL.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Thunder +10.5
  • Money line: Clippers -750/Thunder +500
  • Over-under: 210.5

Advice and prediction

In only a handful of games, the Thunder have shown why bets for or against them are risky. Sometimes, they’ll play competitively and not only cover the spread but win with 120 points. Sometimes, they’ll flunk out and barely break 80 points.

The Clippers have averaged just below 86 points per game over their last three contests, marking what is, on paper, an interesting matchup between the two teams. Like the Thunder, Los Angeles has only had one reliable scorer and creator this season, but both George and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander have had inconsistent starts to their seasons.

What may separate the two is 3-point shooting. Los Angeles was the best 3-point shooting team last season, while the Thunder are awful from beyond the arc. If the Clippers can carve some breathing room there, they should get the win they so desperately need.

Prediction: Clippers 104, Thunder 92

Thunder vs. Warriors: Prediction, point spread, odds, over/under, betting picks

The Oklahoma City Thunder play the Golden State Warriors on Saturday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 7:30 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

The Thunder and Warriors faced off less than a week ago, an outing in which Oklahoma City led for much of the game but lost 106-98. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander poured in 30 points in the loss.

Since, the Warriors lost their first game of the season in an overtime battle against the Memphis Grizzlies, while the Thunder picked up their first win in a 26-point comeback against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Thunder vs. Warriors notable injuries:

Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga is listed as probable to make his rookie debut. Thunder guard Tre Mann was assigned to the G League.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Thunder +11.5
  • Money line: Warriors -900/Thunder +570
  • Over-under: 219.5

Advice and prediction

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander broke out over the games against the Warriors and Lakers, finally showing exactly what type of player he is after a slow three-game start. If the Thunder are to win or cover the spread, it would be on the back of him plus some player serving a complementary role. Perhaps Darius Bazley can replicate his 20-point performance against the Lakers, or maybe Ty Jerome can get rolling now that he’s not splitting time with Mann (or receiving DNPs).

But it would be highly risky to pick the Warriors to lose their second game in a row. Steph Curry continues to star, averaging more than 30 points and six assists per game along with 8.0 rebounds. In the first game against the Thunder, Curry had 23.

Golden State also won’t underestimate the Thunder after their last performance, a game in which OKC led for much of the first half before the Warriors finally put together a run in the third quarter and held on for the win. After the Thunder played so well against Golden State and then beat LA, the Warriors will not come out flat against a team that they are objectively better than.

Prediction: Warriors 116, Thunder 104

Thunder vs. Lakers: Prediction, point spread, odds, over/under, betting picks

The Oklahoma City Thunder play the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 7 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

Russell Westbrook will be returning to Oklahoma City for the third time since he spent the first 11 years of his career there. He scored more than 30 points in both games and had a triple-double.

The Lakers have been off to a slow start this season, but with the Thunder holding an 0-4 record, Los Angeles (2-2) has a chance to get over .500 for the first time this season.

Thunder vs. Lakers notable injuries:

LeBron James missed the game against the San Antonio Spurs due to a right ankle injury, and Anthony Davis had knee soreness following that game. On the second night of a back-to-back, it will be interesting to see how the Lakers’ final injury report looks.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Thunder +6.5
  • Money line: Lakers -270/Thunder +210
  • Over-under: 216.5

Advice and prediction

Gilgeous-Alexander has been hot the last two games and reached 30 points for the first time this season just one night ago. Oklahoma City came together in a way they hadn’t in the three first games of the season, but once the 3-point shooting dried up, the offense vanished.

The injury situation to James and Davis makes this interesting for the Thunder, though. Los Angeles has a very top-heavy team, and missing one or both players would affect the group.

However, even if neither of them play, the Lakers still have Westbrook. Thunder fans know better than anyone how the star guard can pull a team to victory.

The injury uncertainty makes me uncomfortable to predict this outcome, because I think the Thunder could win if James and Davis are out. But I’m not necessarily confident they would. If both players miss the game, I’d expect low scoring from both teams but ultimately a Los Angeles win. Something like:

Thunder vs. Warriors: Prediction, point spread, odds, over/under, betting picks

See betting odds and a prediction for the OKC Thunder game against the Golden State Warriors.

The Oklahoma City Thunder play the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 7 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

The Thunder are 0-3, though Shai Gilgeous-Alexander finally broke out in the most recent game, a competitive outing against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Steph Curry is averaging 31 points, nine rebounds and seven assists in the Warriors’ 3-0 start, and he will take on Lu Dort to try to make it four wins in a row for Golden State.

Thunder vs. Sixers notable injuries:

Andre Iguodala is probable for the Warriors while Derrick Favors is out for the Thunder.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Thunder +8.5
  • Money line: Warriors -520/Thunder +370
  • Over-under: 223.5

Advice and prediction

The Thunder are tricky to bet on because when Gilgeous-Alexander plays well, the team tends to compete for long enough to flirt with the spread. It’s generally not worth betting on the Thunder to lose, because there’s not much money to be gained from it.

Why to bet on the Thunder to cover: Lu Dort is one of the premier defenders in the league, and he can contain Curry as well as anyone in the NBA (which is to say, only to some degree). Gilgeous-Alexander found his footing on Sunday and will be looking for his first 30-point outing of the season.

Why to bet against the Thunder: Golden State looks like one of the best teams in the league, and it’s tough to imagine OKC keeping up with them offensively. The Warriors are also one of the smartest teams in the league, and Green sees the floor multiple levels ahead of the rookies and other young players on Oklahoma City. Plus, the Thunder are awful at 3-point shooting, so if Golden State can go on a run from behind the arc, it may be over quickly.

Prediction: Warriors 121, Thunder 104

Thunder vs. Sixers: Prediction, point spread, odds, over/under, betting picks

See the moneyline, point spread and betting predictions for the OKC Thunder game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Oklahoma City Thunder play the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 6 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

The Thunder are 0-2 coming off an opening-game loss to the Utah Jazz and then a blowout at the hands of the Houston Rockets. The Sixers are 1-1 with their loss coming to the Brooklyn Nets, but they may be without Joel Embiid, who entered Sunday as questionable. Ben Simmons remains out.

Thunder vs. Sixers notable injuries:

Joel Embiid was questionable on Sunday morning and Sixers backup center Andre Drummond was doubtful. There were no major Thunder injuries.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Thunder +7.5
  • Money line: Sixers -380/Thunder +290
  • Over-under: 214.5

Advice and prediction

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I thought the Thunder would cover the spread against the Jazz and beat the Rockets. I was extremely wrong on both accounts. Even if Embiid does miss this game, I would expect the Sixers to cover the spread.

Three things to keep in mind before putting your money on Philly, though: One, OKC has been decimated by opposing bigs. Rudy Gobery and Christian Wood dominated. However, if both Embiid and Drummond are out, the Thunder could match up better and use their height and length to their advantage in a game of small-ball.

Two, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has not yet had a good game. He won’t be held below 20 points for much longer. Expect an outburst soon.

Three, the Thunder will make their home debut and have fans in the crowd for the first time since March 2020. The place will be loud and fiercely pro-OKC.

The way all that lines up, plus OKC’s surprising success in the first half of last season with Gilgeous-Alexander on the court, almost convinces me that this could be their first win of the season.

But no, the Thunder just lost by 33 points to the Rockets. Stay away until further notice.

Prediction: Sixers 118, Thunder 105

Thunder vs. Rockets: Prediction, point spread, odds, over/under, betting picks

The Oklahoma City Thunder play the Houston Rockets on Friday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 7 p.m. Central Time and can be seen on Bally Sports Oklahoma.

The two teams tanked last season, and with new important players for each group, not a lot is known about either team. The Thunder were blown out by the Utah Jazz in their season opener, while the Rockets were blown out by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Thunder at Rockets notable injuries:

Neither team has notable injuries.

The lines, courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook

  • Point spread: Rockets -2.5 / Thunder +2.5
  • Money line: Thunder +105 / Rockets -130
  • Over-under: 223.5

Advice and prediction

In the first game, the Rockets needed a 35-point fourth quarter to eclipse 100 points against a sub-par Minnesota and lose by less than 20 points. The Thunder scored 86 against the excellent Jazz defense. It’s not a lot to go off.

With the spread this close, I’d say to simply go for the Thunder ML. Much higher reward for a small risk. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander should be the best player on the court. Jalen Green will have his first battle with Lu Dort. The game may come down to the interior defense stopping Christian Wood.

For best return on investment, I’d say go for either the Rockets covering the spread or the Thunder winning outright. I don’t say that confidently, though.

Prediction: Thunder 108, Rockets 104
