The sonic booms just keep rolling in for the Ohio State football program. The latest is the commitment from 2021 four-star defensive end Tunmise Adeleye out of IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
According to 247Sports, Adeleye is the No. 41 overall recruit in the country and a top-five strong-side defensive end. He picked Ohio State over schools like Oklahoma, Texas, and Alabama. At 6-foot, 3-inches, and 240 pounds, there’s no doubt there’s still room for him to fill out his frame a bit when he gets to Columbus.
With the news, Ohio State now has a whopping sixteen commits to the 2021 class, one that is head and shoulders above any other program to date.

It’s hard to believe the roll the OSU program has been on when it comes to landing big-time prospects during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the numbers don’t lie.
And there’s still more big fish out there that could continue to separate what’s building for this recruiting cycle.
