The Buffalo Bills needed to make room to add one of their recent signings. The happened via Brandin Bryant.

The team announced on Thursday that the defensive tackle was released by the team.

That news comes shortly after offensive lineman Brandon Shell signed in Buffalo. But Shell, 31, could not officially be placed on the roster until the Bills made room since the team was already at the 90-man roster limit.

Bryant, 29, has bounced around the NFL in his career. After signing as an undrafted rookie in 2016 with the Seattle Seahawks, he has since played for the New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins, and Houston Texans.

Bryant has also had two stints in Buffalo already. There’s always a chance down the line he could be added to the roster again during training camp or to the practice squad during the upcoming season.

During his career, Bryant has appeared in 11 total games. Seven of those have come over three seasons with the Bills.
