Bills clearly reference Taylor Swift with Chiefs playoff game concession menu items

Who’s down for a Karma Quesadilla?

The Buffalo Bills are hosting the Kansas City Chiefs for what should be a high-octane divisional round matchup in Highmark Stadium, and there’s at least one special guest we can expect to be in attendance.

The relationship between Taylor Swift and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has enamored fans all season, and with Swift widely expected to attend Sunday night’s game in Buffalo (though that hasn’t officially been confirmed), the Bills marketing team seized on the opportunity.

The team revealed new concession stand menu items ahead of the matchup against the Chiefs, according to WKBW in Buffalo, and they feature some not-so-subtle nods to several of Swift’s songs.

  • Bad Blood waffle fries — a 2-foot display of spiced waffle fries featuring each city’s culinary specialty – topped half with Buffalo chicken and blue cheese and half with Kansas City Cattleman’s BBQ pork, cole slaw and bread-and-butter pickles
  • Karma Quesadilla — chicken tenders, bacon and cilantro ranch in a triple-stacked quesadilla, topped with pork-belly chaser

Both “Bad Blood” and “Karma” are songs by Swift, the latter of which was the subject of a viral moment during a live performance when she changed the lyrics of the song to include Kelce when he was in attendance.

We’ll have to wait to see if Swift ultimately makes the trek into the frigid temperatures on game day for the second week in a row after attending last week’s Wild Card win for the Chiefs over the Dolphins, which was the fourth-coldest game in NFL history.
