Number Three: Charlie Brewer, Baylor
Charlie Brewer checks in at number three. He has had his fair share of top moments in the Big 12 as the Baylor quarterback. A season ago he came close to taking down the vaunted Sooners in the Big 12 Championship. The Bears lost both games to Oklahoma by a combined 10 points. Provided his health checks out, he will look to do it again under new head coach Dave Aranda.
Over his three seasons in Waco, Brewer has thrown for 7,147 yards, 48 touchdowns and added 16 more on the ground. He gives the Bears hope that they can compete with the Sooners, Cowboys and Longhorns for Big 12 supremacy. The only thing is that he needs to stay healthy given the amount of concussions, that is no easy task.
