KNOXVILLE — The first round of the Best Tennessee Team Playoff of the BCS-College Football Era has kicked off.
The fifth game of the playoff showcased the 2001 Vols against 2005 Tennessee.
2001 Tennessee defeated the 2005 Vols, 37-16.
Travis Stephens rushed for 243 yards and scored two touchdowns on 28 attempts for 2001 Tennessee. Casey Clausen was 18-of-24 for 181 yards and two touchdowns.
Arian Foster rushed for 128 yards and scored one touchdown for 2005 Tennessee.
