Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor met with the media ahead of Monday’s training camp practice and provided some details on Sam Hubbard and Trey Hendrickson.
Officially, the team considers both Hubbard and Hendrickson as “day-to-day” right now due to injuries.
Hubbard left practice on a cart Sunday evening, yet avoided a serious injury. In fact, Taylor made a point to say it wasn’t a significant setback.
The newer development is that Hendrickson is battling some sort of nagging injury. Previously, it was easy to assume that he had missed the last three practices while potentially doing a “hold-in” like Ja’Marr Chase right now.
Seeing as it is only late July, the Bengals have plenty of time to get both back to 100 percent, though monitoring them on a daily basis now is a must.
