Alabama once again ranked No. 2 in latest AP Poll

There were eight SEC teams who made the top 25, including Alabama who was ranked in the No. 2 spot.

The Alabama Crimson Tide is a week away from play their first game, but that didn’t stop Alabama from being once again being ranked in the No. 2 spot in the AP Poll on Sunday.

A panel of 62 sports writers and broadcasters from around the country votes on the poll weekly.

The Crimson Tide stayed in the same spot, even though after the news of the BIG 10 starting their season in late October.

Regardless, Alabama will have to wait until their opening game on next Saturday against Missouri, to show what they are capable of this season.
