Tide Hoops stays as a one seed in current projections for the 2023 NCAA men’s basketball tournament!

As the 2022-2023 men’s basketball season rolls on, the NCAA tournament gets closer and closer. While there’s plenty of time for games to be won or lost, it’s always fun to see where most teams stand at this point in the season.

Alabama, with a record of 16-2 and a perfect 6-0 in-conference record, is projected to be a No. 1 seed in the tournament, according to ESPN’s lead bracketologist, Joe Lunardi.

The Crimson Tide would be one of five total SEC teams in the entire tournament in Lunardi’s projection.

Head coach Nate Oats and his team will travel to Missouri to take on the Tigers in another SEC matchup.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to cover Alabama basketball as the regular season progresses and will include updates as to where the Tide is projected to land in the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
