Five Longhorns are projected to be taken off the board in the first two rounds of CBS Sports’ latest NFL mock draft.
One of the fastest risers in mock drafts recently is Texas wide receiver Adonai Mitchell. Several mock drafts have Mitchell landing with the Kansas City Chiefs at the end of the first round, but Chris Trapasso of CBS Sports projects him No. 23 to the Texans.
Byron Murphy, Xavier Worthy, Ja’Tavion Sanders and T’Vondre Sweat were also mocked within the first two rounds. Two Texas players reunite in Houston, while Worthy brings speed to Indianapolis.
