The biggest question mark surrounding [autotag]Ohio State football[/autotag] in 2023 is who will head coach [autotag]Ryan Day[/autotag] choose as his starting quarterback?
The candidates are third-year sophomore [autotag]Kyle McCord[/autotag] and true-sophomore [autotag]Devin Brown[/autotag]. Both were extremely highly ranked recruits, McCord was the 49th overall prospect and Brown the 44th in their respective classes on the 247Sports composite.
The pedigree is there for each of them, but the lack of experience is what is holding the duo back. Many thought Day would have already named a starter, but to me that doesn’t make sense (more on that later).
