PHOTOS: LSU baseball defeats Oregon State in Baton Rouge Regional final to advance to supers

The Tigers had a perfect 3-0 record this weekend in the Baton Rouge Regional.

LSU capped off a perfect 3-0 weekend at Alex Box Stadium with a 13-7 win over Oregon State on Monday.

That was the second win over the Beavers in as many days, and it allowed the Tigers to capture a regional title and advance to the super regionals for the 16th time in program history (and the first time since 2021).

All three of LSU’s usual starters were unavailable, and coach [autotag]Jay Johnson[/autotag] turned to the bullpen to secure the win. [autotag]Riley Cooper[/autotag] got the nod with [autotag]Nate Ackenhausen[/autotag], [autotag]Griffin Herring[/autotag] and [autotag]Gavin Guidry[/autotag] coming in to finish things off.

LSU’s offense was the real star of the show. The Tigers had 19 hits as a team with four different players — [autotag]Dylan Crews[/autotag], [autotag]Hayden Travinski[/autotag], [autotag]Cade Beloso[/autotag] and [autotag]Gavin Dugas[/autotag] — hitting home runs.

Now, LSU will await the winner of the Lexington Regional final between No. 12 national seed Kentucky and Indiana. That series will be played in Baton Rouge again.

In the meantime, here were the best photos as LSU closed out the regional final against the Beavers.
