Hall of Famer David Robinson and Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard headlined the list of individuals that will serve as team representatives in the NBA draft lottery on Tuesday in Chicago, Illinois.
The 38th annual lottery will determine the order of selection for the first 14 picks of the draft. The Houston Rockets, Orlando Magic and Detroit Pistons each have a 14% chance of winning the No. 1 pick for the second straight year.
Duke forward Paolo Banchero, Gonzaga center Chet Holmgren and Auburn forward Jabari Smith Jr. are all widely considered to be the top three picks this year, in some order.

Of course, the Detroit Pistons were awarded the No. 1 pick last year with the Houston Rockets earning the second pick and the Cleveland Cavaliers the third pick. The Toronto Raptors and Orlando Magic rounded out the top five last year.
The draft lottery is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. EDT on ESPN.
