Ohio State has made another cut for one of the top-rated defensive ends in the country. The Buckeyes have made it to the final four in the race for Enai White, the No. 3 rated edge rusher in the 2022 class according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
White trimmed his list leaving out Clemson, Florida, Miami (FL), and Oregon. Along with Ohio State, the other remaining schools in the running are Alabama, Georgia, and Texas A&M.
White was recently in Columbus on June 25-27 for an official campus visit. Ohio State might be in the best position to land the four-star defensive end if in fact, he wants to stay on the defensive line. The Buckeyes are the only school that wants to keep White at defensive end. The other three schools run a scheme that would move him to a linebacking position.

Ryan Day and Ohio State are looking for their first commitment on the defensive line in the 2022 class. Adding Enai White would be a great first addition to an already impressive class.
