UGA football among top schools for 4-star TE Oscar Delp

The Georgia Bulldogs and more are in four-star West Forsyth tight end Oscar Delp’s top schools.

The Georgia Bulldogs and Kirby Smart offered a scholarship to tight end Oscar Delp back in September. Delp is rising senior and is a member of the class of 2022. Now, Georgia is among Oscar Delp’s top schools.

Delp is an in-state prospect who plays high school football for West Forsyth. West Forsyth is located in Cumming, Georgia, which is north of Atlanta.

Oscar Delp is ranked as a four-star recruit. He’s the No. 10 rated tight end in the class of 2022. The 6-foot-5 tight end runs a 4.6 40-yard dash and has a lengthy wingspan.

The West Forsyth star has received enormous recruiting interest from some of college football’s top programs. Delp’s scholarship offers include Florida State, Michigan, Texas, Florida, Clemson, and more.

Oscar Delp announced his top schools via his Twitter account:

The four-star recruit puts Northwestern, Clemson, LSU, Stanford, USC, Alabama, Oklahoma, Michigan, Georgia, UNC, Florida, South Carolina, and Auburn in his top 13. Delp received even more scholarship offers after announcing his top schools.

UGA football has eight commitments in the class of 2022 and is looking for more. In the class of 2021, Georgia has one signee from West Forsyth in Dylan Fairchild. Will the duo continue to play together at the college level?
