If you’ve been following the Ohio State recruiting news as of late, you’ve no doubt be tracking the developments of four-star 2021 linebacker Raesjon Davis. The 6-foot, 1-inch, 215-pounder out of Mater Dei High School was originally committed to LSU but opened things back up. Since then, he has narrowed his choice to USC, Oregon, and yes — Ohio State.
That means the Buckeyes are going against two West Coast schools for a West Coast guy. However, based on a conversation Davis had with Greg Biggins of 247Sports, Ohio State’s chances of landing him have increased since his visit to campus last weekend.
Davis is currently ranked as the No. 4 outside linebacker and No. 48 overall prospect in the 2021 class according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
And now, we know when he will be making his decision as well. It looks like Davis will be announcing his choice during the 247Sports National Signing Day Show at 11:30 a.m. EST Wednesday.

Davis is one of two main priorities the Buckeyes are still looking to land, with the other being five-star defensive end, J.T. Tuimoloau, who won’t be making his choice until at least April.
