We might not be watching current Ohio State football players as we begin the fall football season, but we’re still able to keep an eye on some of the future Buckeyes thanks to the high school season being allowed to get underway.
One of those future OSU players is 2021 four-star linebacker and top 100 prospect Reid Carrico out of Ironton High School in Southern Ohio. He was in action Friday night against Gallia Academy and boy do we have some highlights for you thanks to Hudl.
Watch below as the 6-foot, 3-inch, 225-pound human wrecking ball makes highlights all over the field, showcasing his speed and athleticism.

Who does he remind you of? We see a little James Laurinaitis in him, but maybe that’s just us. Either way, he stands out on the football field. He’s bigger, stronger, and faster than any other athlete out there. It’s easy to see why the Ohio State coaching staff is so excited about what he brings to the table.
