2018 injury history
The Bills are getting a player that had a tough 2018 season due to some knee injuries. After that strong 2017 season, he was hurt early in training camp the ensuing season. He dislocated kneecap and suffered a torn MCL. That certainly doesn’t sound fun to deal with.
Still, he made it back for the Panthers’ season opener, only to re-injury himself in the second half of that game and he needed knee surgery. He was placed on injury reserve which ended his 2018 season before it even got going.
In addition back as a rookie, he missed five games with another sprained knee. The knees have been the issue for him, and perhaps he’s going to be on the rebound for the Bills, finally healthy. More on that later.
