The Georgia Bulldogs are among the top schools for elite running back recruit Emmanuel Henderson. Henderson is a five-star recruit, who is a member of the class of 2022.
Henderson’s considered the No. 1 running back in the rising senior class. Henderson is a taller back at 6-foot-1. He plays high school football for Geneva County High School in Hartford, Alabama. Both Alabama and Auburn are among the contenders to land a commitment from Henderson.
Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs have sixcommitments from the class of 2022. One of the commitments, C.J. Washington plays some running back in addition to playing linebacker. All six of Georgia’s commitments are in-state prospects.
The five-star running back announced his commitment date of Mar. 13 via his Twitter account:
Committing March 13th!!!! God is good🙏🏾

Henderson will decide between numerous SEC schools and a few others. He announced his top-10 schools via his Twitter account back in October:

Emmanuel Henderson put Clemson, USC, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Georgia, LSU and Auburn in his top schools. Since releasing his top ten, Henderson has received scholarship offers from Oregon and Oklahoma, so those are another pair of schools he is considering.
We’ll keep you updated on Henderson’s recruitment. Henderson is a big target and has a lot of SEC schools vying for his talents. The Georgia Bulldogs always try to bring in an elite running back recruit regardless of the roster. If Georgia doesn’t land a verbal commitment from Henderson, then they’ll likely be playing against him.
