5 reasons Alabama covers against Texas A&M, and 1 reason they won’t

Could the Tide cover the spread? Yes and no. Let’s find out why and how.

5. Alabama’s defensive line

Last week against Missouri, the Crimson Tide showed themselves to be a much faster and motivated team, especially the defensive line.

The defense was led by Daniel Wright who had 10 solo tackles (1 for loss), Dylan Moses who recorded 4 solo tackles (2.5 for loss),  Josh Jobe who had 7 solo tackles (1 for loss), and Chrisitan Harris who had 6 tackles (2 for loss).

If they play Texas A&M with the same energy and mentality, Alabama has a chance to once again, shut out the Aggies at home.

OK, and now for the one reason Alabama could struggle to cover the 18-point spread.
