Falcons LB Deion Jones vs. Saints TE Jared Cook

New Orleans tight end Jared Cook has started to really define his role within the offense the last few weeks. After returning from injury, Cook has averaged over 68 yards receiving over the last three games, and has twice found the end zone. His role in the offense seems to expanding every week as quarterback Drew Brees is gaining more trust in his new tight end.

On the flip side of the matchup, Falcons linebacker Deion Jones has recorded 53 tackles in 2019. The Pro Bowl linebacker has been one of the lone bright spots in the NFC South’s basement, often matching up with tight ends in pass coverage. Cook will have to work hard in order to make a big impact in a game where Jones is expected to run with the new tight end.
