3. Maintains health by not drinking alcohol
Entering his senior season, Windsor decided to take care of his body and cut alcohol from his diet. He noted that it was difficult to give up especially on a college campus, but knew if he wanted to be great he had to take great care of his body. “I ask myself, ‘Is this going to help me be the best?’ And if it’s not, then I don’t do it,” he told reporters in August of 2019. “So it’s just kind of a discipline thing.”
Windsor stands at 6-foot-4 and 290 pounds with 33.18-inch arms. He’s explosive off the ball and brings a high motor to the defense. It is likely that Windsor will be competing with Tyquan Lewis for the final defensive tackle spot in the room.
