2. Highly recruited by Big Ten schools
Before committing to Penn State in January of 2015, Windsor had many other Big Ten offers to choose from. Among the schools who extended scholarship offers were Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Maryland and Purdue. A native of Fond Du Loc, Wisconsin, Windsor redshirted at Penn State in 2015.
Windsor was a three-star defensive tackle recruit out of high school and finished as the No. 3 recruit in Wisconsin entering college. He graduated with a degree in telecommunications and was a participant in the Senior Bowl.
