The 2020 NFL draft just gained another talented running back with Wisconsin’s Jonathan Taylor declaring for this year’s class.
Taylor finished his three-year career with 6,174 yards rushing and 50 rushing touchdowns. Those numbers are sixth-best in NCAA history behind another former Badger in Ron Dayne. In 2018, Taylor posted the 7th best season in NCAA history with 2,194 yards.
Taylor posted his declaration with a video on social media:

Taylor would have been a shoe in to break the NCAA record set by Ron Dayne given his performances over the last three seasons but can’t fault him for pursuing his dream. Taylor is a well-rounded back and will surely be a top running back taken in this year’s NFL Draft.
