Wisconsin no longer ‘receiving votes’ in US LBM Coaches Poll after Week 3

Wisconsin absent from latest US LBM Coaches Poll before Week 4

The Wisconsin Badgers (2-1) are no longer in the ‘receiving votes’ category in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll.

Wisconsin lost to No. 4 Alabama 42-10 at Camp Randall Stadium on Saturday. The lopsided loss dropped the team after it had previously received top-25 votes after each of the first two weeks of the season.

The US LBM Coaches Poll is conducted weekly throughout the college football regular season. Following the loss to the Crimson Tide, the Badgers will have to claw their way back into a favorable standing.

The top of the poll this week is led by Georgia at No. 1 overall, then Texas at No. 2, Ohio State at No. 3, Alabama at No. 4. and Ole Miss at No. 5. Texas jumped Ohio State after another decisive victory.
