Wisconsin may be coming off of a disastrous second half at home vs Michigan and be 3-4 in their last 7 Big Ten games, but it didn’t stop sharp bettors from hammering UW vs Iowa tonight.
For a line that opened with No. 21 Wisconsin being 1-1.5 point underdogs depending on where you looked, Wisconsin has now shifted to a -1 favorite per BetMGM, as money has come in on the Badgers. No. 11 Iowa has covered the spread in back-to-back wins after failing to cover the number in five straight games before that. The Hawkeyes will be without starting guard C.J. Fredrick, a sharpshooting sophomore who helps Iowa stretch the floor.
These two teams met last year in Iowa City, and have similar cores this time around. The Hawkeyes got the better of the Badgers with a 68-62 win last January.
