Who are five offensive players for Wisconsin that need to put together productive spring practices?

3. Isaac Guerendo RB Redshirt Sophomore

Isaac Guerendo started to see more time at the end of the season as he appeared in six games after appearing in four as a true freshman. This will be an important spring for Guerendo as he continues to adjust to the running back position. Guerendo has the physical tools to succeed at the position it is a matter of putting it all together. Guerendo’s biggest strength right now is his speed as he had a key 49-yard kickoff return against Minnesota and in the Rose Bowl, he carried the football once for a yard and caught a pass for three yards. With Wisconsin losing two key playmakers on offense in Taylor and Quintez Cephus the Badgers are going to need someone for Wisconsin’s offense to help create chunk plays. Guerendo is more than capable of helping in this area but one of his biggest challenges is the consistency that comes with playing the running back position. Guerendo earned the trust of the coaches at the end of the season to receive touches now it will be up to him to build off of the momentum he created for himself at the end of the season.
