2015: Jameis Winston (1st overall)
The Bucs said goodbye to Winston this offseason when they signed Brady in free agency. Winston had a bizarrely spectacular year last season, throwing for 5,109 yards, 33 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. It took him some time to find a new team, but he eventually landed with the New Orleans Saints on a one-year deal.
