Eli Manning and Tom Brady have history … Super Bowl history. The retiring New York Giants quarterback got the best of the New England Patriots’ signal-caller twice. So what was the G.O.A.T.’s message to Manning as he steps away from football after 16 seasons?
Check this clever tweet:
Congratulations on your retirement, and a great career Eli! Not going to lie though, I wish you hadn’t won any Super Bowls.

Eli Manning: “I’ve been around Tom. I know how competitive he is. We joke around about this a little bit.
“But it’s not real funny to him.” https://t.co/OWZ8qCFEcE

Brady’s Patriots and Manning’s Giants dueled in Super Bowls XLII and XLVI, with Big Blue winning both games, 17-14, and 21-17, respectively. Manning threw for 551 yards and three TDs combined to Brady’s 542 and three TDs.
"For most of my life, people have called me easy. Believe me, there is nothing easy about today."

Brady, meanwhile will head to free agency. Oh, the Giants have hired Joe Judge, the Patriots’ former special teams coordinator/wide receivers’ coach. Could Big Blue, which has 2019 No. 1 draft pick and sixth overall, Daniel Jones, be in the market for a veteran QB?
… Nah!
Eli played like he was never afraid to fail. This was a small part of what made him so clutch in the biggest of games.
