What can we expect from the Boston Celtics this offseason?

Typical trades and those involving traded player exceptions (TPEs), the 2022 NBA draft, free agency, and internal growth are the primary routes to improving the Boston Celtics for the 2022-23 NBA season. But just knowing what you can do is not the same thing as doing it, so what players might they target to sign or deal for in their quest to win Banner 18 in 2023, and what problems can they address this offseason?

After the sting of getting sent fishing by the Golden State Warriors in the 2022 NBA Finals, the Celtics have plenty to motivate them, but what is the plan moving forward?
