WATCH: Urban Meyer and Joey Bosa discuss the 2014 national championship season

Former Ohio State greats Urban Meyer and Joey Bosa appeared on FOX’s Ring Chronicles to detail the national championship season of 2014.

It still seems like just yesterday, but it’s now been almost six years since Ohio State’s unbelievable run to the national championship in 2014. A third-string quarterback thrust into the spotlight, a team that had to make a statement almost every week because of the loss to an unranked Virginia Tech team at the beginning of the season, and even tragedy with the suicide of a teammate just before the Michigan game.

All of it went against any storybook odds you could even dream up, yet the Buckeyes persevered and went through more improvement than I’ve ever seen a team go through from the beginning to the end of a season.

Former head coach Urban Meyer and defensive end Joey Bosa sat down with FOX’s Rob Stone to discuss it all. They appeared in an episode of the series Ring Chronicles that touches on some of the seasons Meyer brought home a ring and it was time to re-live that memorable 2014 year.

Click on the below and watch the entire episode that touches on the loss to Virginia Tech, the leap in improvement the team made, the statement against Wisconsin, and much more.

I don’t know about you, but six years is long enough. It’s time for Ohio State to bring another ring home.
