WATCH: Trey Sermon gallops for a 64 yard score

Sermon takes one to the house

After finding out that Ohio State was going to be missing three starters on the offensive line and one not playing in his normal position, it was fair to question how the running game was going to look. But so far, things seem to be working out just fine.

Trey Sermon, who has been recovering from a torn ACL since midway through the 2019 season, broke out his first big run as a Buckeye this season. Sermon, who has backed up Master Teague for most of the season, took the handoff from Justin Fields, made a cutback and was off to the races.

Sermon now has over 100 yards rushing on the game. Watch Sermon take it to the house in the video below.

The Buckeyes are up 35-7 as the third quarter is winding down.
