Ohio State freshman running back TreVeyon Henderson has officially introduced himself to the college football world. With Minnesota in striking distance, having just kicked a field goal to pull within seven points, Henderson took a swing pass from quarterback C.J. Stroud out in the flat five yards downfield.
That’s not where the play ended though. Henderson found a seem, hit it hard, and showed the burst and vision that made him a 5-star recruit in the 2021 class. When it was all said and done, Henderson tallied his first career touchdown as a Buckeye, going 70-yards in a flash.
Watch the quick-strike ability Henderson provides the offense from the running back position for yourself.

Something tells me this won’t be the last big play touchdown we see from the freshman sensation. There’s a good chance he’s the future of the running back position at Ohio State.
