WATCH: TreVeyon Henderson break off a big run and Ohio State score vs. Tulsa

TreVeyon Henderson breaks the game open with a long touchdown run to open the third quarter against Tulsa. #GoBucks

TreVeyon Henderson was the unexpected starter today and he has not disappointed. The true freshman and No. 1 rated running back in the 2021 recruiting class has 126 yards rushing with two touchdowns against Tulsa so far this afternoon.

Henderson is averaging 7.4 yards per carry which were helped by a 48-yard run where the young back used speed, wiggle, and power to get into the endzone.

So far Henderson has been everything Buckeye fans had hoped for. The scoring scamper has put Ohio State up by two touchdowns early into the third quarter.

Watch the freshman phenom rumble 48-yards for the score below.

The Buckeyes are looking to add on to this score as they can’t afford a close game after last week’s loss to Oregon.
