Same ol’ Detroit Lions. Same ol’ Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski.
After an offside by the Lions helped keep a Tampa Bay Buccaneers drive alive, Brady dissected the Detroit defense and capped the opening drive of Saturday’s game with a TD pass to Rob Gronkowski.
The play went for 33 yards after Brady had hit Mike Evans for another 33-yard pass.
The PAT doinked off the upright so the Buccaneers had to settle for a 6-0 advantage early in the first quarter.
The 33rd TD pass of the season by Brady tied a Tampa Bay record set last year by Jameis Winston.
Helluva pitch and catch right there! @TomBrady to @RobGronkowski! SHEESH!!
