WATCH: Terry McLaurin makes ridiculous catch against

Terry McLaurin took flight again against the Cincinnati Bengals. Watch the ridiculous leaping, twisting catch he made in a win Sunday.

This Terry McLaurin kid is pretty good at catching footballs. The former Ohio State and current Washington receiver has had a breakout year in 2020 after quite the rookie season last year. Much like Michael Thomas, he was really good in college but has really blossomed at the next level as he works to hone his craft.

That skill was on display again against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. On 1st and 10 in the first quarter from the Washington 42 yard-line, quarterback Alex Smith dropped back and lofted a rainbow down the field to McLaurin who had a step on the Bengals defense. Washington’s leading receiver went up to high point the ball and twisted in the air to grab the ball and come down with a 42-yard reception.

McLaurin helped lead his team to its third win of the season in a 20-9 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Somehow, improbably, Washington is just 1/2 game out of first in the less than stellar NFC East. So, onward and upward I guess.
