WATCH: Terry McLaurin and Dwayne Haskins hook up for long TD at Washington preseason camp

Watch as former Ohio State player’s Terry McLaurin and Dwayne Haskins connect on a long touchdown pass during Washington preseason camp.

Where have we seen this before? Oh yes, on the banks of the Olentangy, that’s where.

Former Ohio State teammates Dwayne Haskins and Terry McLaurin are at it again, but this time in our nation’s capital. Haskins is trying to grab the opportunity in front of him and become Washington’s franchise quarterback this season. McLaurin has already shown what he can do in a short timeframe and is looking to continue his upward trajectory as one of the best, young receivers in the game.

All of that met on the practice field Monday when Haskins dropped back and unleashed a long throw to McLaurin who was streaking down the left sideline. The former Indianapolis product had a step on the DB and timed his catch in traffic perfectly, winning the battle and diving to the turf with a touchdown.

We love the celebration by McLaurin too.

Hopefully, both of these guys continue to make these types of things happen when the real games begin in just a few weeks. Haskins could do a lot worse than having this type of chemistry with arguably the best receiver Washington has to offer.
