There’s nobody that believes he has a second lease on life more than Ohio State head coach Ryan Day. He faced substantial criticism after the Buckeyes squandered chances late in the game against Michigan just over a week ago. Fans, media members and players left that game thinking that was it for all of the goals OSU had on the table.

Until it wasn’t.

USC losing to Utah in the Pac-12 Championship game put Ohio State back in the College Football Playoff as the No. 4 team.  Now the ultimate goal of winning a national title is back on the table. It’s been a dizzying week and shocking last 48 hours for all to come to grips with more highs and lows than a water park tide pool.

But, there’s now plenty to play for, and Ryan Day met with the local media in Columbus to discuss it all. Thanks to the Ohio State Buckeyes Facebook page. Hit the link below and hear Day discuss the renewed energy in the program, the challenge that facing Georgia presents, some injury updates, what it’s been like over the last week, and more.
