Even without Notre Dame taking the field this weekend they were still making news as they’ve offered a scholarship to try and help solidify their defensive backfield in the 2021 recruiting class.

Xamarion Gordon, a defensive back that plays some corner and some safety. His highlight film his junior year shows a player that’s more than happy to step up and make a tackle.
Notre Dame’s 2021 recruiting class currently has seven commitments but only Gabriel Rubio (defensive tackle) of Saint Peters, Missouri is the only defensive commitment.
Gordon holds scholarship offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Oklahoma, Oregon State, San Jose State, USC, Utah and Washington State.
