Former Seahawks and Bills running back Marshawn Lynch announced… a first name, at least.
On Wednesday, the National Hockey League held their expansion draft for their newest team, the Seattle Kraken.
The NHL and Kraken decided to get creative with announcing their selections at the draft, even though many of the picks were leaked prior to the 8 p.m. EST start time. That’s where Lynch became involved, with his long-time connection to Seattle in mind.
“Beast Mode” announced Calle Järnkrok’s name in the traditional sense, as if it were Roger Goodell at the podium at the NFL draft. But… he needed some help there.
